Coffee Commercial Analyst & Buyer - Data-Driven & Strategic

Applegreen is looking for a Commercial Analyst Buyer / Junior Buyer to help optimise the coffee category across its stores. You will build BI dashboards, analyse sales, margins and performance, and contribute to forecasting and budgeting.

You will also manage buying activities, supplier communications, pricing analysis and lead on NPD from research to launch, collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-growing business.
