Coffee Business Manager (m/f/d)

The Coffee Business Manager has the end-to-end responsibility for building and implementing the strategic plans for the Coffee Category, through managing a cross-functional team and internal stakeholders, focusing on sales and marketing targets achievement as well as ensuring operational excellence.

• University degree completed
• Min 5 years of experience on similar strategic roles
• Category Knowledge - Coffee (must-have), Beverage Industry (nice-to-have)
• Commercial Experience - Sales, Category Management
• Profound analytical abilities
• Strategic thinking with operational effectiveness
• Negotiation skills
• Very good German & English Skills
