We are looking for experienced and passionate Cocktail Bartenders to join Florattica, our stunning rooftop cocktail bar at Canopy by Hilton London City.

At Florattica, we celebrate craftsmanship and creativity behind the bar. Inspired by the 17th-century Huguenot silk weavers who once called this area home, our rooftop is a place where art, flavour, and London's skyline meet. Guests come for our signature cocktails, stay for the vibe, and return for the experience, and that's where you come in.
About the Role- Deliver an outstanding and engaging bar experience, serving exceptional cocktails and drinks with flair and precision.
- Bring passion, personality, and professionalism to every guest interaction, ensuring unforgettable moments.
- Uphold the highest standards of beverage quality, presentation, and consistency.
- Support the daily operations of the bar, including stock control, setup, and cleanliness.
- Share your mixology expertise with the team and help drive innovation in our cocktail offerings.
- Has previous experience working in premium cocktail bars, hotels, or high-end hospitality venues.
- Possesses a deep knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and current mixology trends.
- Loves meeting people and crafting drinks that tell a story.
- Has a natural ability to connect with guests and create a welcoming, fun, and professional environment.
- Is flexible, sociable, and thrives in a fast-paced setting.
- Has the right to work in the UK (evidence will be required).

- Salary: £26,000 per annum + service charge (based on 40 hours per week)
