Knoll House in Studland is seeking a friendly Receptionist to join the Guest Services / Front of House team. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm, memorable stay from welcome to departure.

Previous guest-facing or customer service experience is preferred, with confidence using computers and learning new systems, including the Opera booking system (training provided).
