Role: Coastal Coordinator
Hours: 25 hours per week
Salary: £20,000 per annum
Location: Meoncross School, Hampshire
Start Date: April 2026

This could be at a natural key stage transition point such as starting 'big school' in Reception, Juniors in Year 3, or Upper School in Year 7, or anything in between.

About the role- To drive and develop the Coastal Education curriculum/co curriculum for Meoncross School.
- To provide the daily administration and day-to-day delivery of the programme events and specific team projects across the Coastal curriculum and out of school activities.
- To work independently and proactively to complete all tasks to a high standard.
- Build and develop effective relationships with the local communities in order to encourage and utilise local initiatives and incentives for sustainability, healthy living and wellbeing.
- To mentor, support and guide students and peers in coastal education.
- To make great use of the schools out of school's clubs and activities to ensure our offer is this best it can be.
- Experience of working collaboratively in a leadership role.
- Proven experience working with children from Early Years through to Key Stage 4.
- Experience of working in outdoor environments or outside a traditional classroom/office setting.
- Event management, marketing and/or customer service experience.
- Experience of coordinating multiple tasks, projects and events.
- Project management experience with a proven ability to achieve project goals.
- Experience of supporting a large, diverse and busy team.
- Minimum of 5 GCSEs or equivalent at grade C or above.
- Outdoor qualifications and/or experience of working in environments outside a classroom/office.
- Willingness to work towards other relevant qualifications as required.
- Undertake relevant group induction training on commencement.
- Commitment to the values of the Organisation.
- Driving Licence.
- Lunch during term time.
