Coastal Communities Area Manager - North England

The Fishermen's Mission is seeking an Area Manager to support coastal communities in the North of England. You will lead a small team, manage casework and volunteers, and build partnerships with local organisations to deliver direct client support through a mix of in-person and digital engagement.

You will travel regionally, respond to time-sensitive needs, contribute to fundraising initiatives, and help develop service delivery while upholding the organisation's mission and Christian ethos.
