Coaching & CPD Coordinator

The Riding for the Disabled Association (RDA) is seeking a Coaching Co-ordinator to support training, CPD, and development of the coaching workforce at the National Office in Warwickshire. The role covers planning meetings, training days and online modules, plus content updates for coaching resources.

You will liaise with the communications team to enhance coaching content and assist with budgeting and awards processes.
