Co-Manager, Retail Team - Lead Sales & Service

Machine Mart are looking for a store supervisor in the Leicester area to help run the day-to-day store operations. You'll share responsibility with the Store Manager and co-lead a small team of 4-6 staff, ensuring great customer service and sales performance.

You'll motivate your team to meet challenging targets, build rapport with customers, and offer honest advice. The role rewards hands-on leadership, practical product knowledge and a positive can-do attitude.
