Co-Head Propagation & Polytunnel Grower

Organic Growers Alliance in Stroud is seeking a passionate Co-Head Grower to join their team. This role involves leading plant propagation and polytunnel production while ensuring members receive high-quality organic vegetables year-round. The successful candidate will collaborate with fellow growers to manage farm operations. Ideal applicants should have a commitment to agroecological food systems. As part of the application process, candidates will participate in a half-day trial on the farm followed by an interview.
