Co-Head of Policy & Regulation

The Pensions Regulator is seeking a Head of Policy to lead the development and delivery of high-quality regulatory policy and interventions that support the agency's strategic objectives and shape the future of pensions.

Working in a unique co-leadership model alongside a fellow Head of Policy, you will share accountability for policy delivery, lead on distinct policy areas, and ensure continuity across leadership, partnerships and stakeholder engagement.
