We are hiring a new co-head grower to join our dynamic, collaborative, and experienced team. Two co-head grower positions are available, to start as soon as possible. The full team consists of three co-head growers (including this role), a seasonal grower, and a harvesting and membership coordinator.
We are building a strong team for next season at Stroud Community Agriculture (SCA), an organic and biodynamic community-supported agriculture farm close to Stroud, Gloucestershire. SCA feeds 300 households with organic vegetables for 52 weeks of the year, making it one of the longest standing CSAs in the country.
Responsibilities- Lead plant propagation and polytunnel production.
- Ensure members receive the best possible share of delicious organic vegetables throughout the year.
- Collaborate with the team to oversee the running of the farm.
- Passionate grower committed to agroecological food systems.
