CNC Workshop Manager

For one of our clients, we are looking for a: CNC Manager (M/F) Desired profile: CFC Polymechanics or equivalent Experience in a similar position, ideally in the watchmaking or microtechnology field Skills in CNC and good understanding of machining methodologies Excellent team management skills Field-oriented, dynamic, and capable of making decisions Benefits: A job with a high degree of challenge in a dynamic environment Good working conditions Main responsibilities: Management of the production plan and collaboration with other departments Monitoring performance of (Alphacam) X FANUC Robodrill Supervising and developing a team of about ten, ensuring versatility both in human and technical aspects across the machine park Resolution of machining issues and continuous improvement of machining times and overall performance, along with skills development and support. jid72d6450aen jit0207aen jpiy26aen
