CNC Turning Setter

We are looking for one of our clients in the watchmaking industry, based in Geneva, several: Precision Mechanics to fill the positions of Setters on CNC Lathes. CNC Lathe Setter (H/F)MISSION DESCRIPTIONChangeovers of series, adjustments of chucks and tools, development of dimensions, and start-up of CNC Lathes INDEX, Traub, Benzinger Bi-Spindle Bi-Turret or Tri-Turret. Machining and inspection of manufactured parts: cases, backs, steel or titanium bezels with traditional control tools, 3D control, and optical control according to parts. First-level maintenance in 2x8 or 3x8 teams.PROFILECFC in poly-mechanics or micro-mechanics, vocational baccalaureate or BTS in production. Having had a successful first experience in the mechanical industry in Switzerland, ideally in the field of basic knowledge would be a plus. Excellent knowledge in reading control tools including numeric control tools, and a good technical mechanical sense to find quick and effective solutions.
