CNC Turner / CNC Machinist - 2 Shifts

Wat je gaat doen As a CNC Turner, you are responsible for the complete machining process of your products. Accuracy is important, but so is your ability to think along and solve technical challenges. Your responsibilities include:

• Setting up and operating CNC lathes;
• Programming and adjusting CNC programmes;
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings;
• Selecting and setting cutting tools;
• Checking dimensions and tolerances using measuring equipment;
• Performing quality checks during production;
• Identifying and correcting deviations;
• Optimising programmes and machining processes;
• Thinking along about improvements in efficiency, quality and production;
• Keeping your machine and workplace clean and safe.

You won't simply be operating a machine. Your technical knowledge and judgement are an important part of the production process.

You work full-time in a 2-shift schedule:
Morning: 06:00 - 14:30
Afternoon: 14:00 - 22:30

Functie-eisen We are looking for an experienced CNC professional who can work independently and takes pride in producing accurate parts.You have:

• Experience as a CNC Turner, CNC Machinist or CNC Lathe Operator;
• Experience setting up CNC machines;
• Experience programming and adjusting CNC programmes;
• The ability to read and understand technical drawings;
• Experience using measuring equipment;
• Good technical insight and attention to detail;
• A quality-focused and independent way of working;
• Willingness to work in a 2-shift schedule;
• Good communication skills in English or Dutch.

A technical MBO 2/3 qualification or equivalent experience is preferred. Over het bedrijf
