CNC Setter Mechanics - Night Shift or 2x8

CNC Set-up Technicians - Night Shift or 2x8 for our client, a high-end watchmaking company in Chaux-de-Fonds. We are looking for CNC Set-up Technicians - Night Shift or 2x8 (M/F) for a long-term temporary position (permanent contract). Responsibilities: Ensure the setting, start-up, and tool changes on CNC machines of types Bumotech S181, S, S C, Probotech TT22 or Chiron with Fanuc or Siemens controls. Ensure the conformity of milling (5 axes) and monitor the watchmaking parts according to the current processes. Ensure compliance by performing visual and dimensional checks and, if necessary, take corrective actions while adhering to instructions and communicating with relay teams. Participate in the cleaning and maintenance of equipment, machines, and tools, and ensure preventive maintenance plans following occupational health and safety regulations. Participate in continuous improvement of processes and the work environment. Profile: CFC with professional qualifications in micro-mechanics or in the field of microtechnology or equivalent. Professional experience in the setting of CNC machining machines for high-end watch products. Good knowledge of standard dimensional control tools such as micrometer, Marcel Aubert, and 3D control. Excellent understanding of reading plans. Willingness to work in a shift team 2x8 or night shift (as preferred). Committed, autonomous, self-taught, and organized individual.
