A vocational diploma in production mechanics or equivalent is required. Confirmed experience on CNC machines in an industrial environment. Knowledge in setting up and operating CNC machines. Ability to read blueprints and mastery of standard control methods. Knowledge of complementary CNC modules is an asset and reliability is essential. Team spirit, ability to adapt to unforeseen circumstances. Perform tool zeroing and standard adjustments. Carry out tool changes and ensure their proper assembly. Machine and control the first piece. Conduct series production. Perform dimensional and visual checks during production. Ensure SPC tracking and complete the production documentation (OF, control sheets).
