CNC Milling Setter

We are looking for one of our clients in the watchmaking sector, based in Geneva, for a LONG-TERM TEMPORARY POSITION: A Precision Mechanic to hold a position as a CNC Milling Setter for the production of bracelet components. CNC Milling Setter (H/F)MISSION DESCRIPTIONChanges of series, setting fixtures, clamping and tooling, development of dimensions, and startup of CNC machining centers, Willemin W508 and W408, Chiron V3 and FZ, and Bumotec. Machining and inspection of manufactured parts, watchmaking casing parts in steel and precious materials. High-precision inspections with traditional control tools, 3D control and optical control according to parts.Maintenance technician with a CFC in poly-mechanics or a CFC in micro-mechanics, professional BAC or BTS in mechanical production. Must have had a successful initial experience of several years in mechanical industry in Switzerland, ideally in the field of watchmaking. Excellent knowledge in reading control tools including numerical control tools. A good mechanical technical sense to find quick and effective solutions.
