We're recruiting for a CNC Miller to join a small, family-run precision machining company based in Luton. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a clean, modern workshop equipped with state-of-the-art machinery, producing high-quality precision components.

As CNC Miller, you will be responsible for:

• Programming, setting and operating HAAS CNC machines

• Manufacturing small precision components in steel, plastics, brass and aluminium

• Maintaining high-quality standards throughout production

• Working from existing tooling and repeat component drawings

• Using measuring equipment to ensure accuracy

To be successful as a CNC Miller, you'll need:

• Experience as a CNC Programmer and Setter

• Strong knowledge of HAAS machines

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings

• Confident use of measuring equipment

• A flexible attitude and ability to work within a small, friendly team
