Job Description
We are recruiting for a CNC & Manual Machine Operator / Shotblaster.
Duties include: -
- Manual Shotblasting (this is a key aspect of the role, any shotblasting experience would be advantageous)
- Operating Machines such as Routers, Mills and Lathes
- Operating a punching machine to produce washers
- Use of table saw and wall saw
- Measuring and checking quality of all products during and after manufacture
What we are looking for: -
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with measuring apparatus
- A good level of numeracy is essential as the right candidate will be working with CNC machines and measuring equipment
- A flexible and positive attitude to work
- An enthusiastic approach to learning new skills
- Ability to work in a small team
This is a permanent role working Monday - Friday 8:30am - 4.30pm.
Rate of pay is from £12.21/hour dependant on experience
