CMDB Product Manager for IT Service Management

Barclays is seeking a highly motivated CMDB Product Manager to join our IT Service Management team in Knutsford or Manchester. You will collaborate with technology teams to optimise IT service management processes, delivering improved customer journeys and reliable service delivery.

The role requires deep ServiceNow CMDB knowledge (CSDM, ITOM Discovery, IRE policy design) and strong data governance, plus agile ownership across cross-functional squads and vendor partners.
