CMC Associate Director: Pharma Development Leader

Androlabs in London is seeking a CMC Associate Director to lead end-to-end CMC and pharmaceutical development programs across our portfolio. You will own technology transfers, manage CDMOs, and partner with regulatory, clinical, and commercial teams to align strategy from day one.

The role reports to the co-founder, involves coordinating external networks, and delivering projects on time to specification in a dynamic life sciences environment.
