Job Overview

Warrington Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum.

We are looking for a confident, experienced leader to inspire teams and deliver high quality, person centred support.

To be considered you will need to be:

• Qualified to Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
• A driver with access to your own vehicle

Key Responsibilities

• Travel between services is essential
• Support people with complex needs, including autism, learning disabilities, and mental health conditions
• Lead teams, develop colleagues, and improve services
• Coach and mentor staff, review and update care plans, liaise with families and external professionals, and ensure services remain fully compliant with regulatory standards
• Build team confidence and create a culture of continuous improvement
