As our Cluster Reservations Agent, you'll be responsible for overseeing the reservations process from start to finish for our guests across the 3 hotels. With a bedroom stock of over 1000 rooms, you'll work to ensure that guests have a seamless experience when booking their accommodations and that all reservations are accurate and up to date.
This includes managing reservation systems, communicating with guests and other departments within the hotel, and ensuring that all reservations are properly documented. You'll be responsible for managing room inventory and rates, as well as overseeing the work of reservation agents and other staff members.

- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders, team members, and customers, and to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Analytical and problem solving skills to identify issues and implement solutions; use data to make informed decisions.
- Attention to detail to review reservations and ensure they are accurate and up to date, identify and resolve any issues that may arise, and analyze complex data.
- Industry experience to understand the specific challenges and opportunities within the hotel sector and develop strategies to drive success; deep understanding of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
