• Produce proposals for all M&E inquiries aligning with customer requests
• Develop strong client relationships to grow inquiries and business
• Collaborate with operational teams across hotels to ensure details are captured
• Gather feedback from clients to encourage repeat business
• Prepare contracts and issue invoices to customers
