As a Cluster HR Executive you will report to the HR manager of all your allocated hotels.
Your Job:- Oversee and enhance recruitment and selection processes for the hotel staff.
- Onboarding of team members across both hotels
- Be a key part of the engagement activity across both hotels
- Organising Training and Development initiatives to maximize employee potential and performance
- Ensure both hotels are compliant at all times
- Weekly HR payroll administration
- Served as a trusted advisor to the hotel management team, providing strategic HR insights.
- Provide day to day support to team members and assist with their queries
- Organisation and ordring of uniform
- Support the Cluster HRM with the daily tasks
- 1-year experience in Human resources.
- Experience or exposure to Recruitment and Selection.
- Ability to drive Training and Development and drive succession planning.
- Experience in the hotel or hospitality industry is desired but not essential
