Cluster HR Advisor - Elevate People in Luxury Hotels

PPHE Hotel Group is seeking an HR Advisor to join our Luxury Lifestyle Hotels cluster in London. You will support three iconic properties-Holmes Hotel, art'otel Hoxton, and art'otel Battersea Power Station-delivering consistent HR policies and an exceptional employee experience.

You'll lead complex ER cases, coach managers, drive engagement and learning, and support recruitment, onboarding and talent development across the cluster.
