Job Description
Cluster Hotel Manager 
Location: Dublin
Salary: €65,000 (negotiable)
The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for a Cluster Hotel Manager in Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced hospitality leader to oversee multiple properties, drive commercial performance, and deliver exceptional guest experiences while leading high performing teams.
The Duties- Oversee the daily operations of all assigned properties.
- Monitor KPIs and implement strategies to improve performance.
- Lead recruitment, training, and employee development.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
- Work closely with department heads to achieve business objectives.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for business growth and operational efficiency.
- Must have experience in hospitality.
- Must have experience in the same role or as an Operations Manager/Deputy General Manager.
- Strong leadership and commercial management skills.
- Excellent communication and people management abilities.
- Living in Ireland and have the right to work in the ROI.
- Visa and relocation packages are not provided.
