Get Golfing CIO is seeking a Clubhouse Supervisor for their sports facilities. This role involves working with customers, fellow staff, and management to ensure a smooth customer experience. The successful candidate will have a passion for excellent customer service and experience in a similar customer-facing role. Responsibilities

• Greeting customers with a friendly and welcoming demeanour.
• Providing information and assistance to customers in person, or the phone
• Fun and outgoing personality
• Great customer service skills
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts which will include weekends and evenings.
• Duties include serving customers, taking orders, operating events, supervising daily golf operations.
• Communicating effectively with colleagues and management to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Maintaining clean and organized clubhouse and stock areas

Requirements

• A passion for excellent customer service.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Flexibility to work varying schedules, including nights and weekends.
• Able to open and close the business.
• Previous supervisory experience required.
