Club Room Manager

As a Clubroom F&B Manager you will manage a team within our indoor and outdoor operations, including events such as summer BBQs, quiz nights and other activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the indoor and outdoor food and beverage operations and ensure high quality service.
• Plan, coordinate and execute club events (summer BBQs, quiz nights, etc.).
• Manage a team of staff, fostering a culture of belonging and professional growth.

Qualifications

• A self motivated individual who takes pride in delivering great quality food and exceptional service.
• A strong team player with collaboration skills.
• Experience managing a large operational service delivery facility such as a restaurant, attraction or leisure venue.
