Club General Manager: Drive Revenue & Member Experience

Royal Norwich Golf Club is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead day-to-day operations across golf, clubhouse and events. The role demands strategic leadership, hands-on ownership, and a drive to deliver outstanding member and guest experiences.

You will report to the Chair and Board, overseeing a senior team and driving revenue through memberships, events and food & beverage, while maintaining high standards of course condition and safety compliance.
