Club Deputy General Manager: Customer Experience Leader

Buzz Bingo Falkirk is recruiting a Deputy General Manager to lead the guest journey across our club. This full-time role is 44 hours across seven days, with flexibility to work during all opening hours and to cover other clubs in the region as needed.

You will support the General Manager, uphold brand values and customer service standards, and help develop local plans. A competitive salary up to £34,000 is offered depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
