Salary c. £32,000 - £35,000 per annum, dependent on experience

ResponsibilitiesProvide focused support relating to membership, terms of affiliation, safeguarding, ED&I, disciplinary and anti doping matters, and governance to golf clubs in the region.
Support county strategic plans, report progress to the regional manager, unions, associations, unified bodies and golf development groups.
Work collaboratively with paid staff and volunteers, influence and present to a wide range of audiences.
Qualifications and Experience- Knowledge of golf essential (general and administrative structure).
- Sports governance and sport knowledge.
- Sports related diploma and sports development experience desired.
- Prior experience in a golf club environment or programme delivery desirable.
- Good communication, presentation and collaboration skills.
- Ability to influence and communicate to a wide range of audiences.
Must live within Yorkshire county; travel to meetings and events; valid driving licence and car ownership or transport access essential.
Working ConditionsFull time (Monday - Friday, 9.00am 5.00pm core hours). May be required to work weekends and evenings. Home based but travel to meetings; office at Woodhall Spa, Lincolnshire. Valid driving licence, car or transport essential.
