Clone - IT Configuration Engineer

Want to be a valued member of the team? We are looking for an experienced IT Configuration Engineer to join a hardworking & friendly team for our client based in Rugby, Central Park.

Location:

Rugby

Shift Options:

1. AM shift 06:00-14:30 Monday - Friday
2. PM shift 14:00-22:30 Monday - Friday
3. Night shift 22:00-06:30 Sunday - Thursday

Pay Rates:

1. AM shift - £12.60/hr rising to £12.85 after 12 weeks
2. PM shift - £12.13/hr rising to £13.40 after 12 weeks
3. Night shift - £14.80/hr rising to £15.10 after 12 weeks

Responsibilities:

• Configure customer systems to their required specifications
• Test systems to ensure quality
• Maintain monthly productivity goals
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripheral issues
• Provide high-level customer service
• Communicate issues to Help Desk or Team Leader
• Follow safety procedures
• Perform additional duties as assigned
• Work beyond scheduled shifts and overtime as needed
• Assist co-workers and demonstrate company values
• Lift and carry up to 15kg
• Stand, walk, bend, lift, and carry in warehouse environment

Requirements:

• Experience with configuration
• Previous IT-related role experience
• Warehouse experience (preferred)
• Ability to stand for long periods
