Role

Clinical Team Leader - Ward

Lead with purpose. Shape the future of patient care.

Following a recent internal promotion, we have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Team Leader to join our Ward team. This is a pivotal leadership role, managing a dedicated team of 21 staff who deliver exceptional care to our ward patients.

Your team includes skilled Surgical Nurses and Health Care Assistants, and together you'll ensure the highest standards of clinical care.

What you'll be responsible for:
  • Leading and inspiring your team to deliver outstanding patient care.
  • Managing rosters and ensuring smooth day to day operations.
  • Supporting the professional growth and development of staff through coaching and mentoring.
  • Maintaining clinical excellence and compliance with best practice standards.
  • Driving process improvements and systems that will support our hospital's expansion over the next two years.

This role is critical in guiding our team through change, fostering resilience, and ensuring we continue to provide exceptional care as we grow.

About you

You're someone who leads with care and confidence. You may be an experienced Team Leader looking for a fresh environment, or an active team member ready to step into leadership. Either way, you bring:
