Be a part of it.We are looking for a confident Clinical Team Leader (RMN/RNLD) who can inspire, support and oversee the delivery of the very best care at Cygnet Hospital Woking.You will be expected to work 38.5 per week, working days and nights shifts on a rota basis. (shift times - 8:00am to 8:15pm; 8:00pm to 8:15am)on Kahlo ward.Kahlo Ward is our 11 bed female mental health acute service. The service provides a safe and stabilising environment for women who are experiencing an acute episode of mental illness and require an emergency admission.Cygnet Hospital Woking offers a range of mental health services for men and women. Cygnet Lodge Woking, our sister hospital close by, provides a high dependency inpatient rehabilitation service for men and extends our care pathway.Your day-to-day Take lead responsibility in undertaking regular care auditsProvide clinical leadership, coaching & mentoring for the development of servicesMaintain excellence through clinical practice development & quality improvementBe responsible for a planned programme of support across your area of focus as determined by the annual plan for Quality and ComplianceBe an active member of clinical working committees relevant to roleAttend all training and engage in CPD to furth er knowledge & promote nursingUnder NMC guidelines, ensure that individual care plans are complete & maintainedAdminister medicines within healthcare procedure and Healthcare Commission guidelinesWhy Cygnet?
