CYGNET Hospital Woking is seeking a confident Clinical Team Leader (RMN/RNLD) to inspire, support and oversee the delivery of high quality care on Kahlo ward. You will work 38.5 hours per week, on a rota of day and night shifts from 8:00 to 20:15 and 20:15 to 08:15, on Kahlo ward.

You will provide clinical leadership, undertake regular care audits, coach and mentor staff, ensure care plans meet NMC guidelines and promote Recovery focused practice; DBS checks are required and a current Pin Number
