Clinical Specialist

IQVIA is recruiting for a Clinical Specialist (Spine) in Exeter/Plymouth and Taunton.

Principal Accountabilities:

1. Provide in-theatre support to consultants and nursing staff regarding the use of products for spinal surgery.
2. Provide accurate information regarding all products and their indications (e.g., surgical techniques) for use to orthopaedic consultants and nursing staff.
3. Provide first-class service to customers, including training, stock checks, timely deliveries, and supporting the theatre team to ensure successful operations.
4. Assist in the promotion and correct use of our client's products through regular, organized customer education meetings and training sessions.
5. Develop business opportunities across the portfolio in Key Focus Accounts, communicate these to the Territory Manager, and support successful conversion of these opportunities.
6. Promote the use of spinal portfolio and services to Orthopaedic Surgeons and Theatre Staff.

Ideal Experience:

1. Experience in spinal orthopaedic surgery is essential.
2. A solid understanding of the theatre environment is preferred but not essential.
3. Clinical qualifications such as ODP, RGN, Physiotherapy, or a Science Graduate are desirable.
