About The Role
In your role as a Clinical Service Manager at HC-One, you'll value kindness above all. You will play a key role within the home, overseeing and assisting every aspect of nursing care and activities. You will be responsible for creating and updating individual care plans for residents, as well as maintaining accurate medication records. Drawing on your clinical experience, you will provide support, guidance, and assistance to your team. Building strong relationships with community partners, you will help strengthen the HC-One brand and raise the care home's profile. As a Clinical Services Manager, you'll ensure staffing levels are maintained through effective management of staff rotas and may provide out-of-hours cover as needed. We are looking for a Registered Nurse with a valid Pin number, knowledge of National Standards and NMC code of practice, and experience in person-led care planning within a care home. You should be willing to coach and support your team, providing both formal and informal training. A commitment to adhering to the NMC Codes of Conduct and professional development is essential.
