About The Role
In your role as a Clinical Service Manager at HC-One, you'll value kindness above all. You will oversee and assist with all aspects of nursing care and activities within the home. Your responsibilities include creating and updating individual care plans for residents and maintaining accurate medication records. You will provide support, guidance, and assistance to your team, leveraging your clinical experience. Building strong relationships within the community will help strengthen the HC-One brand and raise the care home's profile. As a Clinical Services Manager, you'll ensure adequate staffing through efficient management of staff rotas and may provide out-of-hours cover as needed. We are looking for a Registered Nurse with a valid Pin number, knowledge of National Standards, and adherence to the NMC code of practice. Experience in person-led care planning within a care home is essential. You should be willing to coach and support your team, providing both formal and informal training. A commitment to the NMC Codes of Conduct and professional development is required. You should be compassionate, respectful, and courteous, with proven leadership, motivation, and mentoring skills.
