Clinical Services Manager

About The Role

In your role as a Clinical Service Manager at HC-One, you'll value kindness above all. You will oversee and assist every aspect of nursing care and activities within the home. Your responsibilities include creating and updating individual care plans for residents and maintaining accurate medication records. You will provide support, guidance, and assistance to your team, drawing on your clinical experience. Building relationships with community partners will help strengthen the HC-One brand and raise the care home's profile. You'll ensure adequate staffing through efficient management of staff rotas and occasionally provide out-of-hours cover. HC-One seeks a Registered Nurse with a valid Pin number, knowledge of National Standards, and NMC code of practice. Experience in person-led care planning within a care home is essential. You should be willing to coach, guide, and support your team, providing formal and informal training. A commitment to adhering to the NMC Codes of Conduct and pursuing professional development is required. You'll be a compassionate, respectful, and courteous leader, motivated to expand your professional growth and committed to giving your personal best.
