Job Description

Clinical Research Lead vacancy for our basel based client in the Pharma sector.

Your tasks:

  • Lead the clinical protocol development process in collaboration with medical and cross-functional partners, including authorship of protocols and amendments.
  • Provide scientific and medical input into study-related documents, processes and regulatory submissions.
  • Develop strategic and operational execution plans for global clinical studies and support study feasibility.
  • Coordinate cross-functional trial teams to ensure deliverables, timelines, quality standards and recruitment commitments are met.
  • Oversee ongoing medical and scientific review of trial data, including safety trend analysis, signal detection and interpretation of study results.
  • Support risk mitigation, vendor strategy, budget forecasting and implementation of best practices across assigned studies.

Your experience/knowledge:

  • Approximately 6+ years' experience in clinical trial development, ideally in a global study environment.
  • Strong understanding of clinical trial methodology, ICH-GCP and relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Proven experience in operational project management, including planning, prioritisation and problem solving.
  • Ability to interpret trial-level data and contribute to clinical study reporting and publications.
  • Language skills: English
