Location: Fulford West Sussex Nursing Home, Littlehampton Care Home, Agincare.

Daily Responsibilities
  • Lead a passionate team to deliver safe, compassionate, high standard care in line with CQC guidelines.
  • Create an environment where residents thrive, with dignity, independence, and respect at the core.
  • Ensure every care plan is personalised, reviewed, and aligned with evolving physical and mental health needs.
  • Drive compliance and quality through rigorous audits, safeguarding practices, and responsive risk assessments.
  • Recruit, train, and nurture a team of healthcare professionals.
  • Be a strategic thinker who can handle staffing, budgets, complaints, and clinical excellence with confidence.
What You'll Bring
  • An active NMC pin and a minimum of 2 years' experience as a Clinical Registered Manager.
  • Proven track record in managing care or nursing homes.
  • A QCF Level 4 in Health & Social Care (or willingness to achieve this).
  • Experience supporting vulnerable client groups and leading multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and the UK care landscape.
  • A positive, empowering leadership style and a genuine passion for care.
Requirements

You must have the right to work in the UK for at least 12 months.
