Clinical Psychologists - Ireland

Back 4 Good are working on a number of key assignments in the Healthcare Sector. These assignments are available from Feb 1 2019.

We are looking for a Clinical or Counselling Psychologist to work alongside other members of a large well-established secondary care Psychological Therapies team.

Qualifications

• Post Graduate Doctoral level training in Clinical/Counselling Psychology
• Professional Registration
• Experience with CBT with complex adult presentations
• Experience with CBT in secondary care setting
• Experience working in a MDT setting
• Practitioner level knowledge of at least 2 models of psychological therapy and the theoretical and evidence base for them
• Specific theoretical knowledge of CBT and its application to particular mental health problems of moderate to severe complexity
• Well-developed skills in risk assessment and risk management

Desirable

• Post Graduate qualification in CBT
• Experience of supervising others
• Experience of working with interpreters or in different cultural contexts
