PE Global Healthcare is currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity for a Staff Grade Clinical Psychologist to join a well-established healthcare service in Dublin.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Clinical Psychologist looking to develop their career within a supportive multidisciplinary environment and make a meaningful difference to the lives of the people they support.

The Role

As a Staff Grade Clinical Psychologist, you will provide psychological assessment and evidence-based interventions while working collaboratively with individuals, families, carers and multidisciplinary colleagues.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing psychological assessments and evidence-based psychological interventions.


• Supporting individuals with a range of complex needs.


• Developing and implementing person-centred psychological care plans.


• Working collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.


• Providing psychological consultation and guidance to colleagues, families and carers where appropriate.


• Contributing to service development and quality improvement initiatives.


• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical records.


• Working in accordance with professional, ethical and safeguarding standards.


• Promoting positive mental health, wellbeing, independence and quality of life.

Requirements

• A recognised qualification in Clinical Psychology.


• Registration with the Psychologists Registration Board or validated by the department of health if qualified outside of Ireland.


• Experience working with adults and/or individuals with complex support needs is desirable.


• Strong assessment, communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.


• A commitment to person-centred and evidence-based psychological practice.


• Eligibility to work in Ireland.
