Clinical Pharmacist (Bank) - Impactful Patient Care

Fairfield Independent Hospital in St Helens, part of Circle Health Group, is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist on a bank basis. You will supplement staffing during busy periods and cover for annual leave or absence in the Pharmacy Department.

Responsibilities include conducting inpatient and outpatient medication reviews, advising patients, and supporting safe prescribing in line with guidelines. EPMA experience is desirable and a strong team-focused approach is essential.
