Clinical Pharmacist

What You'll Be Doing:

• Review and make timely, accurate coverage determinations for prior authorization requests
• Document clinical decisions using workflow systems and PBM platforms
• Collaborate with Coverage Determination Analysts and prescribers to gather needed information
• Research claim history and past prior authorizations to support clinical decision-making
• Ensure quality and productivity standards are consistently met
• Partner with pharmacists and internal teams to maintain high service levels
• Perform additional duties related to the prior authorization process as needed

What You'll Need to Be Considered:

• Active PharmD or RPh license in good standing
• Experience in retail, clinical, or PBM pharmacy roles
• Ability to manage high-volume casework while maintaining accuracy and quality
• Comfort working within multiple PBM systems and adapting to new technologies quickly
