Clinical Nurse Manager, Patient Flow & Discharge

Mowlam Healthcare invites applications for a Clinical Nurse Manager, Patient Flow at Leopardstown Care Centre in Murphystown, Dublin. The CNM will support admission and discharge planning, acting as a case manager for patients and residents, and deputize for the ADON, Patient Flow.

The role requires leadership within the Patient Flow team, ensuring safe, efficient referrals and adherence to HIQA standards while coordinating with discharge coordinators and attending MDT meetings.
