We are currently recruiting for a Clinical Nurse Manager II - Orthopaedic Surgical Ward for a hospital based in Dublin, Ireland.

Job Type: Permanent / Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strong clinical leadership while overseeing the daily operations of the ward to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Supervise and guide nursing staff, including managing staff allocation, rostering, and resources effectively.
- Ensure the delivery of safe, evidence-based care within a fast-paced orthopaedic surgical environment.
- Uphold high standards of patient safety, infection prevention, and clinical governance.
- Lead and contribute to quality improvement initiatives, audits, and incident management processes.
- Support staff development through training and foster effective multidisciplinary collaboration.
- Registered on the General Division of the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI).
- 3-5 years post-registration experience in an acute hospital setting.
- Minimum 1-2 years management/leadership experience in a nursing role.
- Demonstrated strong clinical and professional competence.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in IT systems, including Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently, use initiative, and perform under pressure.
