Applications are invited for above position: We are looking for an experienced, and self motivated Clinical Nurse Manager to join and lead our dedicated team in the Infusion Suite-Oncology

Qualifications

• Registered General Nurse on the live register maintained by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI).
• Minimum of 5 years post registration experience in an acute hospital setting.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a senior nursing leadership role (CNM1, Acting CNM2, or equivalent).
• Significant experience in infusion therapy, oncology, haematology, gastroenterology, rheumatology, ambulatory care, or related specialty.
• Evidence of ongoing professional development.
• Strong leadership, organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead change and service improvement initiatives.
• Experience in private healthcare.
• Experience in quality improvement, audit, accreditation, and governance processes.
• Cannulation and central venous access device competency.
