Clinical Nurse Manager (CNM) - Cork City Nursing Home

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Nurse Manager (CNM) to join a large established nursing home in Cork City. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate nursing professional who is committed to delivering the highest standards of resident centred care while supporting and leading a skilled multidisciplinary team.

As Clinical Nurse Manager, you will play a key leadership role in the day to day clinical operations of the home, ensuring exceptional care delivery, regulatory compliance and positive outcomes for residents. Working closely with the Director of Nursing, you will support staff development, maintain high clinical standards and help foster a warm, caring environment for residents and their families.

• Registered General Nurse with active NMBI registration.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in elderly care, with previous management or supervisory experience desirable.
• Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of HIQA standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Commitment to delivering outstanding resident care.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
